Westminster Ponds Adventure

Meet New People. Meet New Ponds

Discover London’s Hidden Wilderness with Wildlands League

Trade city buzz for birdsong on a guided adventure to Westminster Ponds, an ecological gem tucked right into the heart of London, Ontario. Hop on the Parkbus from Toronto and spend the day in Southern Ontario’s rarest forests, ponds, and wetlands.

Your guide for the day is Dave Pearce, a nature connector and conservationist with the Wildlands League. Dave will point out unique ecological features of the Carolinian Zone, Canada’s southernmost and most biologically rich ecoregion.

Join a group hike along gentle trails, boardwalks, and scenic viewpoints. You'll learn about kettle ponds, beaver habitats, old-growth trees, and the quiet magic of a city that made space for wild things to thrive.
