Wye Marsh is a hidden gem. A sprawling conservation area home to floating boardwalks, rare wildlife, and breathtaking views. You’ll wander scenic trails, stop for photos, and learn about the marsh’s rich biodiversity, from turtles and trumpeter swans to carnivorous plants and ancient ecosystems.

Difficulty: Easy to Intermediate. Flat trails with some gentle inclines. Great for beginners or those with basic fitness.

Day Schedule
- 8:30 AM – Departure from Kipling Station South Parking Lot
- 10:30 AM – Arrival at Wye Marsh, orientation, washroom break
- 10:45 AM – 1:00 PM – Guided hike with Jer through boardwalks and forest trails
- 1:00 PM – Lunch break (bring your own lunch & water)
- 2:00 – 4:00 PM – Free time to explore more trails or relax
- 4:00 PM – Departure back to Toronto
- 6:00 PM – Return to Kipling Station

- Packed lunch & snacks
- At least 1.5L of water
- Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, rain gear if needed)
- Sturdy hiking shoes
