Step into a rare meromictic lake surrounded by ancient forests and Indigenous heritage at Crawford Lake Conservation Area. This hidden gem in Ontario offers stunning boardwalk trails, reconstructed 15th-century longhouses, and hands-on cultural exhibits. Whether you're hiking through rich woodlands or learning about the area's deep history, Crawford Lake makes for a meaningful escape just outside the city.
Pick up at 34 Asquith Ave, just north of the Yonge and Bloor Subway stop. We recommend getting there 15 minutes early to make sure you have enough time for the bus.
All ActiveDays participants are required to sign a waiver. We will send you a digital copy via email prior to the trip. You can find a digital copy of a sample waiver HERE.
