What's included in my Parkbus ticket?

Your ticket includes round-trip coach bus transportation from Toronto and admission to the Fire and Ice Festival.

What time does the bus depart?

The bus leaves Toronto at 8:30 AM and departs from Bracebridge at 5:30 PM.

Where does the bus drop off in Bracebridge?

We drop off at Stevens' Your Independent Grocer (270 Wellington Street), which is one of the festival's official shuttle pickup points. From there, you can catch the free festival shuttle to the event.

How do I get from the drop-off point to the festival?

The festival runs a free shuttle bus from Independent Grocer directly to the festival grounds (corner of Ontario Street and Manitoba Street). Shuttles run continuously from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, arriving every half hour. Just note your shuttle number when you arrive so you return to the same pickup point.

What kind of bus is it?

You'll travel on a full-sized coach bus with air conditioning/heat, an onboard washroom, and plenty of storage space.

What is there to do at the festival?

The festival features a downtown tubing hill on Main Street, live ice sculpting and interactive displays, fire performers and glowing installations, skating and a winter village at Memorial Park, and a fireworks finale to close out the evening.
