Albion Hills Trails & Campbell’s Cross Farm

Get ready for a perfect fall day filled with colour, connection, and crisp country air. This ActiveDays adventure combines two experiences in one: the cozy charm of Campbell’s Cross Farm Fall Fest and the natural beauty of Albion Hills Conservation Area.
We’ll start at Campbell’s Cross Farm, where fall fun is in full swing. Think a giant corn maze, pumpkin patches, playful photo backdrops, farm animals, local treats, and wood-fired eats. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re chasing the perfect photo, tasting apple cider, or letting your inner kid loose on the farm games.
From there, we’ll head out to Albion Hills, one of Caledon’s most scenic conservation areas. Trails wind through hardwood forests glowing with autumn colours, offering everything from challenging hills to peaceful pathways. It’s a chance to stretch your legs, fill your lungs with fresh air, and take in the season at its peak.
Come solo or bring a friend. Our guide will be there to make sure you’re comfortable, and you’ll be in great company. This is the kind of trip where strangers quickly become trail buddies.
